Need to the settle bills due right away?
To settle your bills like water and electricity, simply scan the QR codes to complete the process. Even credit card bills with tens of thousands dollars can be settled with the “Bill Payment” function instantly at ease.

Scan QR code and pay through Mobile Banking
1.  Log in to Mobile Banking
2.  Select “Banking > QR Code Pay”
3.  Select “Payment”
4.  Scan the QR Code
5.  Confirm the Account ID under Beneficiary Information, enter “Amount” and select “From Account”, then tap “Agree & Submit”
6.  Verify the transaction details then tap “Confirm”
7.  Transaction completed
Remarks:
  • Pre-registration for the “Small Value Transfer” service is required
  • Pre-registration of valid email address and mobile number is required
  • The transaction limit is shared with the “Small Value Transfer” Service
 

 

Register Small Value Transfer through Mobile Banking
1.  Log in to Mobile Banking
2.  Select “Banking > Small Value Transfer”
3.  Manage the daily payment limit and read the relevant Conditions. Then, tap “Agree & Submit”
4.  Use the Mobile Token or enter the security code generated by the security device and verify the transaction details. Then, tap “Confirm”
 

 

Pay bills through Mobile Banking
1.  Log in to Mobile Banking
2.  Select “Bill Payment > New Bill”
3.  Select the merchant and enter the bill information. Then tap “Submit”
4.  Verify the transaction details and tap “Confirm”
  Remarks:
If you have registered the bills of any merchants through Internet Banking, you can select “Bill Payment > My Bill List” and then select a bill to settle the payment.
